At Noorelle, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Cancellation Before Order Processing

  • Orders can only be cancelled before the order is processed.

  • Once the order processing has started, cancellation will not be allowed.

  • If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.


2. Cancellation After Shipment

  • Cancellation after shipment is strictly not allowed.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.


3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 3–7 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Bank processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank policies.


4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

  • The order has already been processed

  • The order has already been shipped

  • The cancellation request is made after processing has started


5. Noorelle’s Rights

Noorelle reserves the right to cancel any order due to the following reasons:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment verification issues

  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors

  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
